Maintenance and Repair
Valves can be stripped, all parts checked and rebuilt to its original specifications. We can also re-manufacture components using advanced welding techniques where original parts have been damaged. In addition to maintaining standard valves we have the expertise to repair and maintain valves with special and non-standard specifications, ensuring that equipment essential to your plant can be back in service with the minimum of disruption.
Corrective Service
In order to keep your plant running with minimum disruption we can provide teams of staff, with between 2 and 30 people permanently based on your site. This allows us to combine our specialist valves knowledge with your local plant directives (technical, QA, EHS etc.) to deliver an efficient and reliable repair and maintenance service. This also allows you to focus on core operational issues and leave the onsite service to Our specialised team .
Preventative Service
Our specialised service team has experience of managing and providing all aspects of shutdown services, for several different kinds of valves. Our site services teams can deliver on all sizes of project from a single valve to a total shutdown.
